Ganga Spa & Salon

Ganga Spa & Salon is located at Rajpath Society on Old Padra Road. We are on the first floor in unit A/6. It’s a bit different being upstairs. You have to walk up the stairs near the Tube Company. We are right above the Royal Enfield Bullet showroom. Sometimes you can hear the bikes starting up downstairs, which is a loud thumping sound. Being in 390012 means we are in a very central part of Vadodara. The shop is a decent size. We have different sections for different things. It’s not overly decorated. I think people like that it feels like a regular house in some ways. We have been here for a bit, watching the traffic on Old Padra Road get heavier every year. I spend my time organizing the products and talking to the staff. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they saw the sign while getting their bike fixed or they live in Rajpath Society. It’s a practical place. We focus on the work at hand, whether it’s hair or something else. The water is always running, and there’s usually a scent of shampoo in the air. We keep the windows shut to keep the noise out. It’s a good spot to sit for an hour while we do our thing. Then you go back down the stairs and into the city. That's our day.
