We are located in the Notus IT Park, which is in the Sarabhai Compound area. Our office is number 209. It’s a pretty modern building compared to some others in the city. We work on skill solutions. Basically, we help people learn the things they need to know for their jobs. The IT park has a lot of other companies, so there’s always a lot of energy in the hallways. We are a small team, and we spend most of our time developing training materials or talking to companies about what their workers need. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and thinking through problems. We didn’t start this to become some giant corporation. We just thought there was a better way to teach practical skills. The Sarabhai Compound has a lot of history, and it’s cool to be working in a place like this. Our office is simple, but we have everything we need. We drink too much coffee and stay late more often than we probably should. It’s just the nature of the work. We try to keep things grounded and practical. We don't like complicated theories; we just want to show people how to do things correctly. It’s rewarding when someone finally gets a concept they were struggling with.
