We are based on the 4th floor of the Darshan Mall Apartment building. The address is 15/2 Race Course Road, and the office number is 309. It’s a decent spot, though sometimes the elevator in the building can be a bit slow when you're in a hurry to get to a meeting. As Drk Developers Llp, we spend our days working on various property developments in the local area. It’s a small office where everyone knows each other. We don't have fancy receptionists or big waiting rooms for people to sit in. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks or talking on the phone with workers on the construction site. Race Course Road is a good location, and we like being around here. There’s always stuff going on outside the windows. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us trying to keep the projects on track. We have a lot of papers and drawings spread out on the tables. It’s not always perfectly neat, but we know where everything is. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising because we prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. If someone needs to find us, they just come up to the 4th floor. We deal with the usual stresses of development like delays and paperwork, but we manage somehow. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a group trying to build things. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us.
