Down in Vadodara, you can find us at Harikrupa Society, specifically in unit 7-1. We are located right on New Sama Road. It is a nice enough area, mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm compared to the city center. The office is part of the society, which means we see our neighbors every day when we arrive. We like the local vibe here. It’s not like being in a cold, glass tower where you don't know anyone. We know the person who runs the small shop at the corner and the security guard at the gate. Inside our space, things are pretty basic. We have our desks, some old cupboards for all the documents, and a small area where we make tea or coffee. We don’t really do fancy presentations or have a big board room with a glass table. Most of our work is done on the computers or over the phone. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen the road outside get wider and the traffic increase every year, but our little office stays the same. The team is small and we all get along well without much formality. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just take care of the business at hand and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a steady, predictable life here in Vadodara, and we are quite content with the way things are.
