Dev Hair Art & Style is found at A/3 Siddhi Vinayak Complex in Subhanpura. We are located in the lane right by the Bank of India, which makes us easy to spot if you are doing your banking. Subhanpura is a nice area of Vadodara, and we have been in this complex for several years now. The shop is tucked away a bit from the main road, so it’s not too noisy inside. We have a few chairs and some shelves where we keep the shampoos and oils. It’s a functional space where we spend our whole day. We start the morning by sweeping the front and getting the towels ready. The afternoon can be slow, so we usually just sit and chat with the other shop owners in the lane. When evening comes, it gets busy with people coming home from work. We don't have any big mission statements or polished slogans. We just cut hair and try to keep the place tidy. The mirrors show a bit of age, and the chairs have some cracks, but they are comfortable. It is just a local business run by people who live nearby. We like the rhythm of the work and the familiar faces that come through the door every month. It’s just a simple shop in a quiet lane in Subhanpura. We try to be helpful and do the job right so people come back when they need another trim.
