Destination Travel

Destination Travel is our small office over at 32 Channi Naka. We are situated in the Anant Park Society area. If you know the neighborhood, we are right near the Pandya Hotel, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us. It's a pretty quiet spot most of the time compared to the main roads. We spend most of the day on the phone or sitting at the computers looking up routes and tickets for people. The office is just a simple room with a few desks and some posters on the wall showing different places. People usually walk in because they live nearby in the society or they saw our sign while going to the hotel. We talk to people about where they want to go and try to figure out the dates that work for them. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place to get travel plans sorted out. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but that's just how it goes here. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we talk through the options. The Channi Naka area has changed over the years, but our little corner in Anant Park remains pretty much the same. We stay open during the regular hours and try to keep things organized so nobody misses their bus or flight. It's just us here, making sure the paperwork is done and the bookings are confirmed for the local residents.
