Deepak Hair Saloon

Deepak Hair Saloon is at Shop No 3/4 in Vallabh Avenue. We are right by Shivalaya Charrasta in Karelibaug, Vadodara, near the Amrapali Complex. I’ve been in this spot for several years now. The shop is a decent size, with a few chairs lined up against the wall. I remember when I first opened, I wasn’t sure if anyone would come, but the Karelibaug area is pretty busy so I stayed. Now, I have my regulars who don’t even have to tell me what they want. They just sit down and I get to work. It’s a noisy neighborhood sometimes with all the traffic at the charrasta, but you get used to that sound. The shop is just a plain, honest place. No bright flashing lights or anything like that. We handle all sorts of hair, nothing fancy though. I keep my tools in the drawers and try to stay organized, even if it gets a bit chaotic on busy weekends. Being near Amrapali Complex helps new people find us. I spend most of my life within these four walls, cutting and trimming. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what I know. If you are around Vallabh Avenue, you’ll probably see me through the glass. I’m usually there from morning until the lights go out at night. It’s just a neighborhood barber shop doing what we’ve always done. No need for anything more than that.
