We've been at Laxmi Narayan Apartment on Sidhnath Road for quite some time now. Most people around Vadodara know this building because it’s right opposite Patel Colony. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our work every day. We usually get in early and stay until the evening light fades over the street. There are a few of us here handling the paperwork and meeting folks who come by. It’s a busy spot in the city, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of folders. People come in with questions about their projects or legal matters, and we sit down and try to figure things out for them. Sometimes we have tea while we talk. It’s a simple way of working. Most of our day is spent looking at documents or talking on the phone with different departments. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed in the same place. It's easy for people to find us. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just people telling their neighbors about us. If you’re walking past Patel Colony, you’ll see our sign. We keep the door open most of the time unless it’s really hot and the fan isn't enough to keep the room cool.
