Cprd & Partners Llp is situated over on Laxmipura Road in Gorwa. Our address is 1181, Mig 107. It’s not a big glass tower or anything like that. It is more of a grounded, local spot in a neighborhood that has been around for a long time. We use this space to manage all our partnership activities and the daily tasks that come with it. Gorwa is a decent place to be based because it is accessible but doesn't feel as frantic as the city center. The office is really just a place where we can sit down and focus on the details of our work. We aren't much for fancy decorations or big corporate setups. We prefer keeping things simple and functional. Most days involve a lot of reading, writing, and talking amongst ourselves to get things sorted. The Mig housing area gives it a very lived-in feel, which we actually prefer over a sterile office park. We have our routine here, starting with tea and ending with making sure the files are put away. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we know exactly what is happening with every project. We have been here for a while and have no plans to move. It’s just where we do our business, plain and simple.
