Charming Ladies Beauty Parlour

We are located out on the Waghodia Dabhoi Ring Road. Specifically, the shop is in the Parnavilla Complex. It’s right across from the Swaminarayan Gurukul, which is a big landmark around here. The road is very wide and there’s always a lot of trucks and bikes passing by. The shop itself is shop number three. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for a couple of stations and a place for people to sit while they wait. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it’s really hot, it struggles a bit. We have the usual stuff like hair dryers and different basins for washing hair. I try to keep the place looking neat, though sometimes the towels pile up at the end of a long day. It’s a neighborhood parlour, so we know most of the people who come in. They live in the apartments nearby or in the houses along Waghodia Road. It’s a growing part of Vadodara, and it feels like there’s a new building going up every month. We just do the basic beauty jobs that everyone needs. Nothing too complicated. Sometimes we have two or three ladies in at once and it gets quite loud with everyone talking over each other. It’s a good kind of busy. I’ve been here for a while and I’ve seen the area change a lot. It is just a normal day at work.
