I run my small business from 13/B in Manjaipur. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I prefer it that way. This isn't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s mostly just me here at my desk handling whatever comes my way. I’ve lived in this area for a long time and decided to set up my workspace close to home. The room has a couple of chairs for visitors and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. I don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive office gear. I have a computer that works and a phone that keeps me connected. People around here know my name and they stop by when they need something done. Sometimes my neighbors pop in just to say hello or share some news. It’s a very personal way of doing things. I don't have a set schedule really, I just work until the job is finished. The light comes in through the window in the morning and it’s quite nice. I do my own filing and my own cleaning, so things are exactly where I want them. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some, but it works for me. I like being my own boss and knowing exactly who I am helping. It’s a simple setup in a good part of town.
