Champion Unisex Saloon

Champion Unisex Saloon is located in the Bhagvandash Complex over in Alkapuri. If you are standing opposite the Circuit House in Vadodara, you are pretty much looking right at us. The area here is quite nice, but the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. We have been in this complex for some time now. The shop has big windows, so I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass because the dust from the street builds up fast. We do hair for both men and women, hence the unisex part of the name. It’s a straightforward shop with the 390007 pincode. I usually get here before the sun gets too high to set things up. The chairs are comfortable enough for a long sit. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual cuts and styles that people ask for. I like watching the people go in and out of the Circuit House across the street while I wait for the next customer. The air conditioner hums in the background, which is a sound I’ve grown used to. Most of our tools have been with us for years. We don't put on a show or use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a salon where we try to do an honest day's work in the middle of Alkapuri.
