Bonny Parlour

Bonny Parlour is located at Shop No 8 in the Garden View Complex. We are right on the Sayaji Ganj Main Road in Vadodara. It is a very active part of the city, especially being near Kalaghoda Circle. There is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. Our shop is small but we keep it tidy. Since we are in Sayaji Ganj, we get all sorts of people coming in. Some are students and others are people working in the nearby offices. The sun hits the front of the shop in the morning so we have a bit of a shade pulled down. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and the cooling units. Running a parlour here means you have to be ready for the rush when the weather gets warm. I spend a lot of my day checking the stock and making sure the fridge is running okay. The floor is tiled and I try to mop it every couple of hours. It’s not a corporate place at all. It’s just us here, making sure we have what the locals need when they stop by. Sometimes people just lean against the wall outside to talk while they drink something cold. It’s a nice atmosphere, even if it gets a bit loud with the buses going by on the main road. We’ve been here for a while and the location is quite easy for anyone to find. It is just business as usual.
