Located at 8 Harni Road in the 4th Main Maruthi Extension, our place is right in the middle of a lively residential area. The street gets quite congested during school hours, so we’ve learned to plan our arrivals and departures around the traffic. The office itself is modest, tucked into a building that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose well enough. We have some old wooden chairs that creak when you sit down and a ceiling fan that has a slight wobble to it. It’s just how things are here. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy with the work at hand. Most of our day is spent dealing with the paperwork and phone calls that come with the territory. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, interspersed with trips to the local shop for snacks or pens. The neighbors know us by name, and we often chat for a minute or two while we’re out on the sidewalk. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can watch the world go by while we’re working. Sometimes we lose track of time when things get hectic, and suddenly it’s dark outside. We just lock up, turn off the lights, and head home, ready to do it all again the next morning. It’s a routine that works for us and keeps us busy.
