Baking Station Private Limited is located at 4 B in Baroda Estate, Chhani. It’s an industrial sort of area, so it’s not really the kind of place people go for window shopping. We mostly focus on the production side of things here. The building is pretty plain and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting used to the daily noise of the estate. Chhani is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the trucks to get supplies in and out. We don't have a front desk or a fancy receptionist waiting for you. If you happen to come by, you’ll probably find us working in the back near the machines. It’s very hot near the ovens, especially during the summer months. We drink a lot of water and try our best to stay cool while we work. There are plenty of other businesses around us doing all sorts of industrial stuff. We just handle the baking part. It’s straightforward, honest work. We don't spend much money on decorating the place or making it look pretty. For us, it’s about the machines and getting the output right. Some days are better than others. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day covered in grease trying to fix it. That's just part of the job when you run a place like this and keep the production going.
