Axn Looks Salon Parlour

Our place, Axn Looks Salon Parlour, is located inside Mota Appartment at Shop No B 108. If you already know the Nizampura area, we are situated right across from the SBI Bank near Chani Jakat Naka. It is a very busy intersection and there is always something happening outside the windows. We moved into this particular shop to be right where the people are. The apartment building itself is quite big, so we get a lot of the residents stopping in for a quick trim. It is a very straightforward shop. We have the chairs lined up and all the basic supplies we need for hair and grooming. Nothing fancy at all, just what is actually needed for the job. Vadodara can get very hot in the summer, so we make sure the fans are always running for whoever is sitting and waiting. We don't spend much money on decorations or posters because we prefer to just focus on the actual work itself. Being so close to the bank means it is a landmark that almost everyone knows. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait on Sundays, but the people don't seem to mind it much. They just sit and talk about local things or read the paper. We have become a real part of the local scenery here in Nizampura. We keep our tools clean and our mirrors as clear as possible. It is a lot of standing and moving around all day, but it is good to stay busy.
