Aum Structbuild Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Subhashpark Shopping Center. We are located in Sf-6-10, which is on the second floor. Our building is right at the Sangam Char Rasta on Harni Road. It’s a pretty active corner of the city. There are shops downstairs so there is always people coming and going. We have been here for a good while now. Our office isn't one of those high-tech glass places you see in magazines. It’s just a set of rooms where we look over blueprints and talk to our crews. Sometimes the noise from the street can be heard inside, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of being near a busy intersection like Sangam Char Rasta. We keep a simple routine. We get in early, look at the schedule, and try to make sure everything is moving along correctly. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but they get the job done. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just people who work in construction and need a place to keep our files. Harni Road is a convenient spot for us to reach different sites around town. The shopping center has its own character and we fit in well enough. We just stay busy and keep the office running.
