We are located at number 62 in Pragati Nagar, which is tucked behind the Satyam Apartment on I T I Road in Gorwa. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice because it’s not as dusty or loud. Vadodara can be quite noisy, but back here in Gorwa, things are a little slower. We’ve been running this salon for a good bit now. It’s a simple room with the usual mirrors and chairs you’d expect from a local place. We do hair, some face work, and whatever else comes up during the day. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure people get what they came for. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for it to come back, but that’s just how it goes in this neighborhood. Most of our neighbors know us well by now. We aren’t trying to be one of those fancy places you see in the malls. It’s just a practical shop for people who live nearby and want to get their hair done without a fuss. We keep the place tidy, though there's usually a bit of hair on the floor by mid-afternoon before we get a chance to sweep again. Satyam Apartment is the best way to find us if you’re lost. Just head behind there and you’ll see our door. It’s been our daily routine for years now.
