Our company, Armd Developers Private Limited, is situated in Dwarka Nagar. The address is Bhagwan Dasdwarka Nagar, PO No CW15F. It’s a bit of a specific location to find if you aren't from around here, but it's where we do all our planning. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets a lot of use every morning. We work on different development projects around the city. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with construction and planning. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be finished today. Dwarka Nagar is a place we know well, and it’s a good base for us to operate from. We don't spend much on making the office look like a fancy showroom. We’d rather spend that time and energy on the actual building sites where things are being made. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s a straightforward way of doing business.
