Ananya Fashion Creations

Our place is over at B 160 on the road near Prernatirth Jain Derasar in Manjalpur. It’s basically where all the sewing and designing happens. Ananya Fashion Creations isn't a big factory or a fancy boutique with a doorman. It’s more of a workshop where there’s always thread on the floor and machines humming in the background. We spend most of our time looking at fabrics and trying to get the stitching just right. Sometimes the colors don't match what we expected, or a design takes longer than we thought, but we just keep at it until it looks okay. Being on Prernatirth Jain Derasar Road means we see a lot of local traffic, and neighbors often pop their heads in to see what we're working on today. It can get pretty cramped with all the boxes and rolls of cloth, but we’ve gotten used to the clutter. We don't really have a fancy story about why we started. We just liked making things and decided to do it here in Manjalpur. The light in the morning is good for sewing, which helps. We don't really do the whole high-fashion runway thing. It’s more about making stuff people actually want to wear around here. If you walk past B 160, you’ll probably hear the iron steaming or us chatting about a pattern. It’s just a normal day for us, working with our hands and keeping the business going until the sun goes down.
