Anand A Majmudar

My office is located at 209 Avanti Chambers, which is tucked away in the Alkapuri area. It’s specifically in Idgah Hills within the Judge Colony, right on Judge Lane. If you know where the Express Hotel is, I’m just behind it. I, Anand A Majmudar, have been using this space for my work for quite some time. It’s a solid building, and being in Judge Colony gives the whole area a bit of a quiet, professional feel. The room isn't huge, but it fits everything I need. I’ve got my reference books lined up on the shelves and a computer that’s seen better days but still works fine for what I need. Most of my day is spent at the desk, looking over papers or talking to people who come by. It’s a simple life, really. I don’t have a big reception desk or a fancy waiting room with magazines. Just some chairs and a table. The walk from the hotel isn't far at all. Sometimes the parking on Judge Lane gets a bit tight, but people usually find a spot eventually. I like being in this part of Alkapuri because it’s central but doesn’t feel as chaotic as the main markets. I just keep my head down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical setup for someone who just wants to get things done without any extra noise or distractions. It's nothing special to look at, but it’s home for my work and that’s what matters to me.
