Akshar Enviro Control

You can find Akshar Enviro Control on the 3rd floor of the Lohana Building in Raopura. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs since we are on the top floor, but the view of the street below is alright. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of papers stacked up. We deal with environmental control stuff, which means we spend a lot of time looking at reports and talking to clients on the phone. It’s a different kind of work than the shops on the ground floor. Raopura is an old part of the city, so the building has some character to it, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint every now and then. We have a small kettle for tea and that keeps us going through the afternoon. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but sometimes we have to head out to visit sites or meet people. It’s just a few of us working here, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time. We don't use any fancy corporate language when we talk to people; we just explain things as they are. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We’ve been in this building for quite a while and the neighbors in the other offices have become good friends. We usually head home once the streetlights in Raopura start flickering on at the end of the day.
