Akar Developers

Akar Developers is located in the New Sonal Link Industrial Estate over in Raopura. Specifically, we are in the Shraddha area, right opposite Ashok House near Sanstha Vasahat. It is a bit of a maze back here in the industrial estate if you aren't used to it. There are lots of small businesses and workshops all around us. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints for new developments and dealing with all the local permits. The office is pretty basic with some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. It is often noisy because of the trucks moving things in and out of the estate. We have to keep the windows shut sometimes just to hear the phone. Being near Sanstha Vasahat means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't doing any big fancy marketing; we just focus on the building projects we have going on. Sometimes the water cooler leaks a bit and we have to put a towel under it. It is just a normal workplace where we try to stay on top of the construction schedules. There are always people coming in with questions about plots or progress. We just give them a seat and tell them how it is going. It is busy but we like being in the middle of it all.
