Advance Engineers & Architects

Located over on Sinhagad Road 3 in Makarpura, Advance Engineers & Architects is a place where we get our hands dirty with the technical side of building. We aren't just about making things look pretty on a screen. Since we have both engineers and architects here, there is a lot of back-and-forth about what is actually possible to build. You might hear us debating the strength of a beam or the placement of a load-bearing wall while you wait. The office is usually a bit chaotic. There are rolls of blueprints everywhere and stacks of building codes on the shelves. We spend a lot of our time out at the construction sites in Makarpura, checking on the progress and making sure the contractors are following the plans to the letter. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and looking at concrete. We don't have a polished corporate image because that’s not who we are. We are just a group of people who enjoy the puzzle of putting a building together. Clients come in with an idea, and we spend the next few weeks or months turning that into something real. It involves a lot of math, a lot of drawing, and a fair amount of coffee. We just take it day by day, working through the challenges that come up on every project. It’s hard work, but seeing a structure finally finished makes it all worth it to us in the end.
