You can find A One Hair And Beauty Studio at Ashok Appartment, units 10 and 11. We are right in the Akota area, near the old Dinesh Mill and just opposite the Saibaba Temple. It’s a fairly quiet spot, though the temple across the street gets really busy on Thursdays. We have a few chairs for haircuts and a separate area for beauty treatments. The mirrors are large and we try to keep the floor swept, but hair piles up fast when we’re busy with customers. We’ve got some posters on the walls showing different styles from a few years ago. There’s usually a radio playing in the background or the sound of a blow dryer going. It’s a simple neighborhood salon where people come for a regular trim or to get their hair colored. We use some decent products we keep on the glass shelves. The chairs are comfortable enough. We talk to the customers about their day while we work. It’s a friendly vibe. We aren't a high-end spa, just a local place where you can get your hair done without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask for a quick appointment. We’ve been here at Ashok Appartment for a while and have a lot of regulars who live in the building or nearby. It’s a good community and we enjoy being a part of it.
