Ridhisidhi Enterprises

Our setup is located in Village Bhawaniganj, near the Baretha area. It's a quiet place out here in the district, far from the city noise. We mostly work out of a shed on the edge of the village. The road leading to us is a bit bumpy and can be tricky for big trucks. We deal with whatever the local seasons bring. Sometimes it's seeds, other times it's general trade goods. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us from the village who know the work. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we take a break under the big tree nearby. We don't have any fancy signage. People know where we are because they've known us since we were kids. There’s a lot of manual labor involved, like loading sacks and moving crates. Our records are kept in a simple notebook. We don't have a computer or internet most of the time. It’s a humble way to earn a living. We just try to get the work done before the sun sets. Life in the village is slow, and we don't try to rush it. We’re just a small outfit trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, so we have to move the stock around to keep it dry. It's just part of being out here in the country.
