We are located at 574 in Vaishali Nagar, Ujjain. It’s close to Sethi Nagar, so it is easy for local folks to find us. Golden Petal Entertainment is just a small group of us who like putting on shows and managing entertainment. We don't have a huge office building. It is just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. There are costumes and sound equipment sitting in the hallway sometimes. It can get a bit cluttered when we are preparing for a big night. We’ve lived in Ujjain all our lives, so we know the area well. This business started because we liked music and performance. It isn't a polished corporate firm. We talk to people directly and try to figure out what they want. Sometimes we are out late at venues and then back here early the next morning. Our desks are old and the chairs squeak, but it is our space. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and find one of us. It is a very down-to-earth way of working. Most of our neighbors in Vaishali Nagar are used to us by now. We just keep doing our thing, one event at a time. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. No big speeches or fancy promises, just us working. We have a small yard at 574 where we sometimes test out lighting or sound setups. The neighbors don't usually mind the noise. Ujjain is a city with a lot of tradition, and we try to respect that. We don't have a big team. It’s just us and a few local guys we hire. We do our own bookkeeping on an old laptop.
