If you are looking for Kiran Traders, you’ll find us at 2-3-65 in Karbailu, along the road in Kundapura. It’s a decent location for us because the road makes it easy for the vehicles to get in and out. The building we occupy is a plain one, nothing that stands out from the rest of the structures in Karbailu. We use almost every inch of the space for our trading goods. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, especially when a big order comes in, but we make it work. Life in Kundapura is alright; it has its busy times and its quiet times. We usually start our day by checking what came in overnight and seeing what needs to be sent out. Kiran Traders isn't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the local area well and we know how to handle the stuff we trade. The floors are concrete and the shelves are made of heavy wood. It’s a practical place built for work, not for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the drivers who come through. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on, but we prefer being out on the floor. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our workspace in some kind of order.
