Grazlanz Properties LLP is based out of Udupi, specifically on the first floor of the Radha Complex. If you know the LBS Road area in Ajjarkad, you know it’s a decent spot to get work done. We have been here for a bit now, handling property things for the local community. The office is up the stairs, and it’s a pretty simple setup. Nothing too flashy, just a place where we sit and go through property papers and talk to people about land. Udupi is a busy place, especially around Ajjarkad, but our building is easy enough to find once you are on LBS Road. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local real estate changes in the 576101 area. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or looking at maps of the surrounding Karnataka region. It’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks of a property firm. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just show up at the Radha Complex, open the office, and get to work. Sometimes the rain in Udupi makes it a bit quiet, but usually, there's someone dropping by to ask about a piece of land or a house nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business, just staying local and keeping things clear for everyone who walks through the door. It's a plain office but it works for us.
