M/S Modern Associates

Modern Associates is located at Malathi Vihar in Sampiegenagara. This is in the Udyavara Post area of Udupi, Karnataka. It’s a beautiful part of the country, though we spend most of our time inside working. Our office is a simple place. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big glass front. It’s just a practical space where we handle our business. Udupi is known for many things, but for us, it’s just home and where we work. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The atmosphere here is quite relaxed compared to the big cities. We know our neighbors and often stop to chat when we’re heading out for lunch. We don’t use any complicated business jargon. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes the rain in Karnataka gets really heavy, and we just watch it from the window while we work on our files. It’s a small team here. We all do a bit of everything to keep things running. There’s no big hierarchy. If something needs to be fixed, one of us just does it. We’re not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and live our lives in Sampiegenagara. It’s a peaceful spot and it suits the way we like to do things. We’re just a local business trying to do our part. Everything we do is handled right here at this desk.
