You can find us at the Joseph Complex right along the NH 17 in Koteshwara. We do two main things here: real estate and cars. It might seem like a strange mix, but in Udupi, people are always looking for a good piece of land or a decent vehicle to get around. We’ve been in this office for some time now. It’s a practical space with a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. We spend half our time out on the road looking at properties or checking out cars, and the other half here talking to folks. We aren't the type of agents who wear shiny suits. We're more comfortable in regular clothes, just talking plainly about what a property is worth or what’s under the hood of a car. Sometimes deals fall through and that’s frustrating, but that is just the way business goes. We try to be honest about the flaws we see because we live in this community and have to face people every day at the market. The highway outside is always loud, but the complex is a good landmark for people to find us. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the Koteshwara area really well.
