Our place is located on the R. T. O. Road in Kusumkhera, which is part of Haldwani in Uttarakhand. If you are coming from the main town, you just head towards Lalpur Nayak and you will see us there. The weather here is usually nice because we are close to the hills, but the road gets quite busy with traffic in the mornings. We have different departments for technology and management. The building has several floors and we spend most of our time going up and down the stairs between lectures. Students come here from all over the Nainital district. Some walk from nearby, and others take the bus. There is a small area where students can park their bikes. Inside, the rooms are plain with whiteboards and enough chairs for everyone. We try to keep the place tidy, though the rain in the monsoon makes the ground outside a bit muddy. It’s a practical sort of place. You won't find anything too luxury here, just classrooms and some computer labs where the work gets done. Most days, the staff is busy with attendance registers and helping people with their forms. During the lunch break, it gets noisy with everyone talking at once. Then in the evening, the gates close and it’s quiet until the next morning. It is a steady routine we have been following for years now on this road. We are just a local college doing what we can for the students in this area.
