Jai Arihant International School

Located right off the National Highway in Halduchaur, Jai Arihant International School is easy enough to find. Being out here in Haldwani, we get a lot of students from the surrounding areas who travel in every day. The school isn't some high-tech facility, but we have what we need to teach the kids properly. There are plenty of classrooms and a bit of open ground for sports. In the mornings, you can hear the assembly from quite a distance away. We try to keep things structured because, with so many children, it could easily turn into a mess. The teachers here are practical people. They aren't interested in fancy talk; they just want to see the kids finish their homework and pass their exams. We deal with the usual problems like leaky taps or a computer that won't start, but we manage to get things fixed eventually. It’s a busy life for everyone involved. Parents often drop by to check on things, and we always have time for a quick word. We don’t put up big billboards to get people to come here. Mostly, it’s just families telling other families about us. The school is a big part of the local scene in Halduchaur. We just keep our heads down and do the work of educating the next generation, one day at a time, without making a big deal out of it.
