You’ll find Navsrajan Agro Industries over in Ward No 4, Khela Khera, which is part of the Bazpur area in Udham Singh Nagar. We operate out of a space that belongs to Bachchan Khan. It’s a real rural setting, and that’s exactly where we need to be for the kind of work we do. We’re mostly focused on the industrial side of agriculture, which means a lot of machines, noise, and hard work. We process what the local farmers bring in, turning raw crops into something that can be sold in the markets. It’s not a glamorous job, and by the end of the shift, we’re usually covered in dust or grease. We’re just a group of local workers who know how to run the equipment and keep things moving. There isn't a lot of corporate culture here; we just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it, but that’s just part of the routine.
