Shri Swami Narayan Agro Invention Producer Company Limited

We operate out of House Number 01 in Pant Nagar, which is Vandana Jaiswal’s place. Shri Swami Narayan Agro Invention Producer Company Limited is a long name for a fairly simple operation. We are basically a group of people from the area who decided to pool our resources. Pant Nagar is where we live and work, so it made sense to have the office right here at the house. It is not a formal corporate office by any means. It’s a home where we manage the business and keep our files. We spend a lot of time figuring out new ways to handle the agricultural side of things because things are always changing with the soil and the weather. Sometimes the ideas work out well and sometimes they don't, but we keep trying our best. People drop in all the time to talk about their crops or the seeds they are using. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. You just come to the door and ask for us. Vandana helps keep the records straight while the rest of us are out in the field. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on the crops to see how they grow. Being a producer company means we are all in this together. We’ve been at this Pant Nagar address since we started and the community knows us. It’s a local effort and we just want to keep things moving.
