We are located on the main road in Sector 5 of Hiran Magri. It’s a good spot because we are right opposite the Axis Bank. Most people in the area know where that is, so it makes finding us pretty easy. We have a small shop here where we manage everything. It is not a very large place, but we don’t need much space to do our work. There are usually a couple of us around to help out. We’ve been in Hiran Magri for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our way of working is very simple. We listen to what people need and then we try to make it happen. We don't have any scripted lines or corporate training. We just talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the main road gets very busy with traffic, so it can be a bit noisy in the office. We don't mind it much though. It’s just part of being in this part of Udaipur. We keep our schedules on a board and use a simple ledger for most things. It keeps life less complicated. If you are around Sector 5 and need to talk about a trip, you can just stop in. We are usually there and ready to chat. It’s a plain, honest business and we like it that way. We just do our best to stay organized and helpful.
