Charu Tour & Travels

We are located at Shop No 1 in Madhav Tower right here in Udaipur. If you know the Toran Bawari area, you probably know where the building is. It is a busy spot most days. Our office isn't very big, but it works for what we do. We handle things like car rentals and local sightseeing trips for folks visiting Rajasthan. Charu Tour & Travels has been around for some time now. Some mornings I get here early just to sort out the papers before the sun gets too hot. People walk in asking for directions or wanting to book a cab to the lake. It is just a normal local business. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to customers. Udaipur has changed a lot lately with more traffic near the tower. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much but you get used to it. We try to keep things simple here. No big promises or complicated talk. We just tell people what is possible for their trip and what isn't. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be tough but the office stays okay with the fan running. If you are near Shop No 1, you can see us there. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to drivers. It’s just how things go in this line of work.
