Bhinder is a small town, so word travels fast, and that’s how most people find us. We don’t need big billboards or radio ads. Our office is just a basic room where we keep our records and talk to our customers. It’s a very local operation. We know most of the people who come in by their first name. We aren't some big corporate chain with rules for everything. We just try to be helpful. If someone needs to get to the city or a nearby village, we find a way to make it happen. Running a travel business in a place like Bhinder means you have to be flexible. Sometimes the cars are out, sometimes the weather is bad, and we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just open the shop, clean the desk, and wait for the phone to ring or someone to walk in. Hospital Road is a good location for us.
