Yummys Masala

Yummys Masala is our shop located on Gangaur Ghat Road. We are in the Silawatwari area, which is a very busy part of town. If you know where the Jagdish Temple is, we are quite close to that. Being near the temple means there are always people walking around and plenty of noise from the bells and the crowds. We spend our time working with different masala blends. It’s a small place, but we make it work for us. The smell of the spices is very strong as soon as you walk in through the door. We don't have any corporate office or anything like that; it's just the shop and the space where we mix things. We've been here in Silawatwari for a while. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months, especially with the sun hitting the road outside. We just keep the fans going and keep working. People often stop by while they are visiting the temple or just walking down Gangaur Ghat Road. We talk to the neighbors and keep things simple. There isn't a whole lot of mystery to what we do. We just make masala and sell it to whoever needs it. That’s our day, every day. It's just a small shop life, and we are used to the noise and the busy streets now. We try to keep things organized despite the small space we have.
