Vijay Masala

Vijay Masala is tucked away near the Vishwakarma Industrial 16 Number Area. It is more of a warehouse and processing location than a typical retail shop. Being near the industrial area means there is always a lot of heavy machinery and noise around us. It is a hardworking part of town, and we think we fit in pretty well. We spend our days grinding up various spices and getting them ready for wholesale buyers. It is often dusty and loud work, but we have been doing it for years and it suits us. We do not have a fancy entrance or any kind of receptionist to greet people. If you come by to see us, you will probably find us covered in a bit of turmeric or chili powder. That is just part of the everyday job. The 16 Number Area is a bit out of the way for some people, but for us, it is the right spot to get our work done without distraction. We do not make any big claims about what we do. We just make masala. We have a few machines that run most of the day, and then we pack everything into large bags for transport. It involves a lot of physical labor, moving heavy things around. We know the other business owners nearby, and it feels like a small community. Vijay Masala is just a part of the industrial landscape. We are here from morning until the work is finished.
