Vaishnav Food Products

Our small setup is over in Khanjipeer, specifically in the Keshav Nagar area. We have been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It’s not a big factory or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the work done. Most of our time is spent measuring out ingredients and getting things ready for packing. The smell of whatever we are making that day usually fills the whole street, and the neighbors sometimes pop their heads in to see what's going on. We don't have a big fancy office; I usually just sit on a stool near the back door to do the paperwork. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of stock piled up waiting to go out. We use basic machines that sometimes need a bit of a kick to get started in the morning. Everyone who works here lives nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. We spend the afternoon sealing bags and labeling them by hand. It’s repetitive work, and your shoulders definitely feel it by five o'clock. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people just know we are here in Keshav Nagar. Sometimes the delivery van struggles to get through the narrow lanes, especially if someone has parked their bike in the wrong spot. We just keep our heads down and try to get all the orders finished before the day ends.
