7 Star Chocolates is located right here in Shiv Sadan, over in Krishna Nagar. If you know where Radhika Hospital is, we aren't far from there at all. Most folks just use the hospital as a landmark when they're coming down Bhilwara Road. It’s a decent spot in Kankroli, though the street can get pretty crowded during the day with everyone going about their business. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just us busy with the trays and the wrapping. It smells like cocoa most of the time, which isn't a bad way to spend your shift. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It’s a simple setup, nothing over the top. We spend a lot of time just making sure everything is set and ready for people who walk in. The Bhilwara Road traffic can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it brings people past the door. We usually have the radio playing in the back while we work. It’s a local operation, so we know a lot of the people who live around Krishna Nagar. Sometimes they just pop in to say hello. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done. It gets busy around the holidays, but otherwise, it’s a steady pace here. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and the place clean for whoever comes by next.
