Urbancolab Design Build Solutions Private Limited is based out of Udaipur, right in the Sanchi Enclave area. If you know where the Delhi Public School is in Roopnagar, we are basically right across from it. Our office is at number 201. Udaipur is a beautiful place but we stay busy with the design and construction side of things here. Bhuwana is a part of town that has been seeing a lot of new stuff coming up lately. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting the drawings right and making sure the building work is happening like it should. It’s not a very big office, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about projects. Being near the school means it gets a bit busy during the mornings and afternoons when the buses are moving around. We don’t go for any of that high-end corporate look. It’s just a workspace with plenty of paper and some computers. Rajasthan can be tough with the heat, so having a solid roof over our heads at 201 Sanchi Enclave is good. We’ve been part of this Udaipur community for a bit now, just doing our thing. People sometimes struggle with the address but usually, if you say opposite DPS, they find us. We don’t spend much on ads or anything like that. Word of mouth and being here every day is enough for us. We just keep our heads down and design what is needed for our local clients.
