Manas Developers is based out in Bhuwana, on the Bhuwana Bypass near Pratap Nagar Road. You can find our office right behind the Mahima Regency Hotel. This part of town is growing fast, so there is always some new construction happening nearby. Our office is a practical space, mostly used for keeping our site plans and blueprints. It’s not a fancy place to look at, just a room with some big tables and chairs. We spend most of our day out at the actual construction sites or looking at different plots of land along the bypass. It gets very dusty out here with all the trucks and building work going on. We handle a lot of development projects and land deals around Bhuwana. Being behind the hotel makes it a bit quieter than being right on the bypass road, which is good for when we need to sit down and look at the paperwork. We don't use any slick marketing; we just show people the land and tell them what can be done with it. It’s a lot of physical work, being out in the sun and checking on progress. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to visiting sites. Bhuwana has changed so much lately and we are right in the middle of it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving along for our projects.
