Lakeway Estate

You can find us at 95, New Fatehpura, inside Lakeway Estate on Saheli Marg. We are located quite near the UIT Circle in Udaipur, which is a place that stays busy with traffic and people from morning until night. Working here means we are always in the middle of the city's movement. The office itself is a basic, functional space where we handle matters related to estates and properties. It isn't a place with marble floors or expensive art; we just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the documents we need to do our work. Saheli Marg is a well-known street, so most people don't have a hard time finding us once they get to the UIT Circle. We often spend our afternoons looking over maps or talking to people about different plots of land and buildings. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just watch the cars go by, and other times the office is full of people all talking at once. We’ve been in this building for a long time and we know all the little quirks of the place, like which window lets in the best breeze when it's hot outside. We don't have a professional receptionist to greet you; usually, one of us will just look up from whatever we are doing and say hello. We keep our talk about real estate very plain and easy to understand for everyone. It is just the way we do things here.
