Tridev Cement Production

Tridev Cement Production is located out in Villagepost.-Boyana, near Mavli. It is a bit of a drive to get here, but it is where all the work happens. We focus on making cement, which is a messy and heavy job most days. The village is quiet for the most part, except for the sound of our machinery running and the trucks that come in to pick up the bags. We have a crew from around the area who know how to handle the production line. There is always a layer of grey dust on the floors and the equipment, no matter how much we try to keep it tidy. It is just the nature of working with cement. In Mavli, the weather can get really hot, and that makes the work in the plant even tougher, but we stay at it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just people who understand how to make a solid product that builders can use. When people come to Boyana to see us, they see a real factory, not some polished showroom. We spend our time checking the mix and making sure the bags are filled right. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent coordinating with drivers and making sure the supplies are coming in so we don't have to stop the machines. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
