Aditya Cement

Our workspace is located at House No B-15 inside the Classic Crown Colony, over in New Indra Nagar. It is a lot quieter here than the main industrial parts of Neemuch since we are tucked away in a residential colony. We handle the local side of the Aditya Cement business from this house. It is basically a residential building that we use to keep all our records straight and manage the distribution for this district. Living and working around here means you get to know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. We are not running some massive corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is just a few desks, some old chairs, and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon or the internet gets slow, but we always manage to get the work finished anyway. People living in the colony see us coming and going at all sorts of hours. It is a very straightforward way to operate. We do not have any big signs or bright lights outside to show where we are. If you need us, you just find the right gate in New Indra Nagar and walk in. It feels more like a home-based setup than a formal office. We try to keep the noise down so we do not bother the families living next door. The morning usually goes by in a blur of paperwork, and then we spend the rest of the day talking to drivers.
