Sun Estates Developers Limited Liability Partnership is located at Bhati Wada, in House No. 331/3. We are right opposite the Bank of India, which is the easiest way to find us. If you get to the bank, you’ve basically arrived. It’s a local spot in a traditional house. We don’t have a big glass front or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we do our developing work. The area has a lot of character. We spend a lot of time here at the office, usually with the door open if the weather is nice. Being across from the bank means there’s always people moving around outside. We know most of the people who walk by every day. The house itself is old and has a lot of personality. We have our files and computers set up in the main rooms. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s just where we work. We handle all the partnership business from this address. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch to talk about the latest projects. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don’t see the need for a big flashy office in the city. This house at 331/3 has everything we need to keep things running. Most of our neighbors are locals who have been here for years. It’s a good place to be based for our work.
