Our office is located at B 2 Sarvottam Complex, right behind the Vaishali Apartments in Sector 4 of Hiran Magri. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for it, but we like it that way. Sneh Sagar Infra Ventures Llp is the name we use for all the official stuff. The complex is always humming with people from other offices, which makes the day go by faster. We spend our time working on infrastructure ventures, which basically means a lot of planning and even more talking on the phone. Our space is filled with blueprints and maps that we’ve pinned to the walls because we ran out of table space a long time ago. It’s not the most modern setup, but it works for what we need. We usually have a radio playing low in the background to break the silence. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or meeting with people who come by with questions. Some days are slow and we spend them tidying up the office, and other days are so busy we forget to eat lunch until four in the afternoon. It’s a very human way of working, filled with the usual ups and downs of a small business in a busy city like Udaipur. We just keep at it, day after day, and try to stay organized.
