We’ve been here in the Sukher Marble Market for quite some time now at Shubhlaxmi Minerals. If you’ve ever walked around this part of town, you know how dusty and busy it gets with all the trucks moving in and out every hour. Our yard is right there in the middle of it all. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we keep our stones and manage the daily work. Most of our days are spent checking the arrivals and making sure the slabs aren't cracked when they come off the trucks. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty pretty quick. We don’t really have a big sales team or a shiny showroom. It’s mostly just us and a few workers helping with the heavy lifting. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they’re already in the Sukher area looking for materials for their houses. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, like when it rains and the ground gets all muddy, but we just keep going. We handle all sorts of minerals and stones here. It's just a regular local business trying to get things done right. There’s always noise from the cutters nearby and the sound of machines, but that’s just how life is in this market. We’ve seen the market grow over the years, but our spot remains the same. It’s a simple operation, nothing more.
